How much does a session cost?

The 2024 fee is in line with approved medical aid rates. If we claim on your behalf, medical aid rates will apply.

Cash paying clients are charged at R1085 per hour session. Individual psychotherapy and couples counselling sessions are charged at the same hourly rate.

Career guidance and subject choice assessments are charged at R5000. This includes a consultation, psychometric testing, a feedback report and a feedback session.

Scholastic assessments are charged at R4 500. This includes a consultation, psychometric testing, a feedback report and a feedback session.

How do payments work?

We can claim directly from medical aid if sufficient funds are available.

Other payment options include credit/debit card, cash or EFT payments. Cash bank deposits will be charged an additional R60 deposit fee.

Cash payments can be made on arrival at the appointment.

EFT payments should be made before commencement of the appointment. Proof of payment can be e-mailed before the session or a printed copy can be presented at the appointment.

Invoices will be e-mailed to your preferred e-mail address.

Can I claim back from medical aid myself?

Yes, depending on your plan and available savings, you should be able to claim back directly from your medical aid. Inquire from your medical aid about mental health cover.

Merely forward your invoice to your medical aid for reimbursement.
